Message to Tamang Community.
Everyone knows that journalism can play a significant role to change society positively that's why it's known as a fourth state. As we know, our tamang society is still suffering from different kind of problems. We are intentionally dominated by the state in the past. We have a country but we don't have our own state. Although we are in the fifth position from the point of view of population, we have no decision and policy-making power. In the age of this 21st century, our lifestyle is like of the eighteenth century. The state never provided any kinds of facilities and opportunities for us. I always thought that I should do something for my society. Therefore, I chose this field to serve my society and country. I think I became able to make little space in tamang community but I am just an activist to move our society towards positive change. I am continuously in this field with the help of my colleagues and well wishers
I am grateful to all More than 100 tamang organizations have been emerged during last 15 years. Lots of them have been collapsed also. I think vision is most important for organization. We can never reach in the mission without clear vision. Most of tamang organizations do not have clear vision, tools as well as clear plans. Everyone can establish organization very easily. But to move it continuously is not so easy. In another side, most of tamang organizations have similar objectives. In my view, we do not need the tamang organizations in this large numbers.
